Britney Spears and boyfriend Jason Trawick (pictured) have put rumors to rest they have split after stepping out and showing off a minor PDA of holding hands while out for an evening in LA. It was recently claimed that the Womanizer star had dumped her agent boyfriend after a year because they were 'fighting' more and not 'getting along'.

However, their recent public display of unity will put these rumors to rest as they were seen looking close as they indulged in some shopping out in Beverly Hills, California. They then took a trip to Studio City, where they picked up some items at the Party City costume shop.


More Britney...Spears' conservatorship hearing was delayed due to a "misunderstanding", according to Contact Music, UK.

The website reports that Jamie Spears, who was appointed co-conservator of his famous daughter's personal and financial affairs with attorney Andrew Wallet in February 2008, wants to end the conservatorship.


A Los Angeles court was set to hear a progress report on Spears last Monday but the hearing was delayed to give both parties time to prepare. Jamie was given control of his daughter's affairs after her very public meltdown led to fears for her life.

The pop star was scheduled to meet with Commissioner Reva Goetz at the Monday hearing before its delay, according to TMZ.com. Spears also missed a meeting with Commissioner Goetz in January due to a "misunderstanding", the website reports. The rescheduled date for Monday's hearing is yet to be announced.
