Broke lottery winner Callie Rogers was just 16 years old when she won $3 million in a British lottery drawing. Fast forward six years and she has bigger breasts and an empty pocketbook. According to a report from AOL News, "the 22-year-old mother of two says she has blown almost all the money. Most of the cash disappeared on spending sprees, but she estimates she dropped $400,000 on cocaine."

"I was spending a fortune on cocaine, a nasty evil drug that tears your life apart," Rogers was quoted as saying, according to a report from the new York Daily News. "I'll be honest. about a quarter of a million pounds of my win has been wasted on it."


Ouch! The argument is an easy one to make - who allows a sixteen year old access to $3 million? According to the UK Daily Mail that is what she would like to know.

"The former shop assistant believes she shouldn't have had access to her winnings until she was old enough to deal with her wealth sensibly." the paper says in a report.
