Brooke Burke Never Skips a Meal

Dancing With The Stars host Brooke Burke proves she's one hot momma by flashing her abs for Fitness magazine.

The 40-year-old mother-of-four proudly shows off her taut tummy in a bikini for the January issue of the US publication.

Asked how she maintains her trim figure, she says: “I don’t ever skip meals.

“If you let yourself get too hungry you’ll start craving sugary, fatty foods, and you’ll make bad choices.”

Burke – who married actor David Charvet in August – also reveals that as a busy working mum she hardly gets any free time.

In addition to co-hosting the US dance show, she is the chief executive officer of the website ModernMom.com, has a number of projects on the go including two new workout DVDs and the promotion of her waist-trimming invention, the Baboosh Body Exercise Wrap.

When she does get some time to herself, Burke says she finds it hard to choose between sleep or sex.

“I’m so sleep deprived,” she tells the magazine. “How can I possibly choose between those two?

“That’s really tough. Can’t I sleep after the sex?”

She adds that she sometimes slips away for “sleepcations” with 39-year-old Charvet.

“David and I have done ‘sleepcations’, where we check into a hotel room simply to be alone and sleep,” she says.
