Malibu estate for sale - just under $18 million.

Camille Grammer has cashed out as wife number three of sitcom actor Kelsey Grammer to the tune of $30 million.

The reality TV actress is now a really rich Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and certainly won't be doing the Bravo TV series for the money.

Why so much cash?

It turns out she is the brains behind the Kelsey Grammer comeback.

TMZ reports they have been told that when the couple married, Kelsey was broke.

The item notes:

"Pretty shocking, considering he had earned "Cheers" and "Frasier" money. But bad decisions and a drug problem nearly sent Kelsey to the poor house.

We're told Camille righted the ship and managed the money to where they now have tens of millions to split."

Real estate…

Much of the money comes from real estate holdings and they are all for sale.

The main property was featured on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and is for sale for a whopping $17.9 million (pictured above).

The 9-bedroom mansion was often the backdrop for catfights, screaming matches and emotional breakdowns during Camille’s stint on the show.

It has 12.5 bathrooms and sits on 4.77 acres of private, gated land with swimming pools, tennis courts, flowering gardens and lily pond.

It has a five-car garage, private patio, rooftop deck and a detached guesthouse with several bedrooms.

The enormous property also has a dressage riding ring and a nine-stall barn.

They are also trying to get rid of two more marital homes - a $7M vacation estate in Beaver Creek, CO and an $18M Beverly Hills mansion.

Camille, 43, was officially divorced from the Frasier star in 2011.
