Aaron Carter will Always have a Sweet Spot in Heart for Hilary Duff

Singer Aaron Carter has sent his well-wishes to his ex-girlfriend Hilary Duff as she prepares to become a first-time mom.

The pop star met Duff on the set of her hit Disney TV series Lizzie McGuire in 2001 and the couple dated off and on until 2003, when Carter admitted to cheating on her.

But the I Want Candy singer insists he has nothing but love for Duff and has offered congratulations to the pregnant star, who is expecting a baby boy with her hockey player husband Mike Comrie later this year (2012).

He tells PopstarOnline.com, "Well, with Hilary, I wish you the best of luck in your life. I'm very happy for you and you've always had a sweet spot in my heart and you always will. Mike, just take good care of her - that's all I can say."
