Celebrity Homes and Real Estate - Actress Toni Collette is selling her San Francisco home for over $1.3 million.

The 'Muriel's Wedding' star and her husband Dave Galafassi have decided they no longer want the 2,136 square foot Spanish-style property and have listed it.

The single story villa - which the couple purchased in 2010 - was built in 1924 and boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a plunge pool a modern kitchen complete with a breakfast bar.

It has also has a beautiful landscaped garden with decking and a spacious living area.
Toni originally purchased the property because it is located close to the studio where she filmed comedy TV series 'United States of Tara', which ended in June 2011.

It is rumored the 39-year-old actress and her spouse may move to South Hollywood or even back to her native Australia by purchasing a home in Sydney.

Toni is currently in negotiations to star in Sacha Gervasi's 'Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho' in which she is set to portray the iconic director's long-time assistant and friend Peggy Robertson.
