Kylie Minogue's Home on the Market.

Singer Kylie Minogue's house is on the market as she is moving out of her London pad. The maisonette, in South Kensington, is being sold for £4.5million.

The Melbourne based popstar, 42, is reportedly moving because she wants a bigger place so that her sister, X Factor judge Dannii, 38, and her baby son Ethan can stay, according to British newspaper The Sun.


Designer Nick Candy told homesandproperties.co.uk: "It's an amazing-looking flat with large terraces and views over Chelsea.

"We designed it for her shortly after she moved in, she already owns several other properties."

Kylie's second single from her album Aphrodite, Get Outta My Way, is due out on September 27.
