Just when you think it can't get any worse for Charlie Sheen the 'Two and a Half Men' star now may have a wrongful death suit filed against him by the mother of former porn star who died last June.

More accusations leveled at Charlie

Chloe Jones, a former Penthouse Pet, was found dead in her Houston, Texas, home last June - just months after going public with an alleged steamy affair she had with Sheen.

Denise Richards has claimed that when she asked Charlie about the death of Chloe Jones her hubby replied, "No comment." Denise put in the court documents that frightened her.

The mother of Chloe, a woman named Donna Jones is considering filing a wrongful death suit against the actor because she thinks he drove her daughter to take her own life, a published report claims.

Speaking exclusively to The Globe tabloid, Donna Jones says, "I've seen a lawyer about filing a wrongful death suit against Mr. Sheen. I think he didn't slip her the pills - but he drove her to it with death threats, reports WENN.

"She'd (Chloe) call me 10 times a day telling me of her fears. She was terrified to death of the guy.

Sounds a bit frivolous, but she is likely a grieving mother and this is just the type of press Charlie Sheen doesn't need as he battles to get joint custody of his kids.
