Singer Chynna Phillips (pictured) has checked out of the facility where she was being treated for anxiety, her manager has revealed. Manager Lizzie Grubman told People.com: "After successfully completing her in-patient treatment for anxiety, Chynna Phillips has happily returned home to celebrate her daughter's birthday with her family and close friends."

Phillips is the half-sister of Mackenzie Phillips, whose bomsbshell claims last year about a sexual relationship with their father put the family into crisis.


While Chynna was shaken by those claims, a source revealed at the time that her decision to seek treatment was based on "a combination of things". Phillips, who sings with the pop group Wilson Phillips, checked into an undisclosed treatment facility for anxiety on February 12, her 42nd birthday, and she left on Friday.

Grubman said Chynna's daughter Jamieson was celebrating her 10th birthday with a slumber party. She added: "She's happy to be home with her family. She is in great spirits." Phillips is married to Gossip Girl star Billy Baldwin and they have three children.
