Grammy Awards 2012 nominees Coldplay and Rihanna will perform live together for the first time on Sunday night.

“My friends @ColdPlay and I will be sharing the stage for a performance at this years Annual Grammy Awards! #BONKERS,” RiRi tweeted earlier.

The stars will will join forces for their track 'Princess Of China'.

Capital FM reveals Maroon 5's Adam Levine will join the reunited Beach Boys and Indie act Foster The People on stage and Katy Perry is also due to offer something spectacular.

Others scheduled to perform:

"Nicki Minaj will perform her new song 'Roman Holiday' and there is even time for a supergroup showing of Foo Fighters, Chris Brown, David Guetta, Lil Wayne and Deadmau5.

Bruce Springsteen will lead off the show and Bruno Mars will also perform.

There will also be an emotional tribute from Jennifer Hudson for Whitney Houston as well as an honoring of the late Etta James."
