The wife of former child star Corey Feldman filed for divorce from the star. Susie Feldman, 26, (Pictured, left) has lodged divorce papers in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences. The Feldmans were married for seven years and have a son, five.

More celebrity court news...Stephanie Pratt, 23, has been formally charged with drink-driving after her early-morning arrest two Sundays ago in Hollywood. Pratt, a star on The Hills, was pulled over at 3.45 am after leaving Holly Montag's birthday bash, which ironically was not attended by her high-profile sister-in-law. Pratt faces up to six months in jail and a $1000 fine if she is convicted. She registered an .08 and .09 reading in two breathalyser tests. The legal limit in California is .08.

She was taken into custody on $5000 bail. The star later said on her Twitter page: "i was pulled over 4 tinted windows 3 blocks from where i was sleeping and blew a .08. which was 2 drinks. i made the wrong choice to drive and i take full responsibility." She added: "i would never put other peoples lives at risk and want to be very clear that i was not pulled over for unsafe driving. 2 drinks ... call a taxi! pls learn from my mistake. love u alllll!"
