Dallas Cowboys cheerleader & Lil Wayne? Whitney Isleib might be in a spot of trouble. A controversy erupted over Halloween when a sexy blonde NFL cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys donned a costume pretending to be incarcerated rapper Lil' Wayne in black-face!

It was at a Halloween party and was a costume, but many will find it offensive and it has the National Football League team now in a bit of a spot as they try to decide if they should dump Whitney Isleib from the squad.


The Cowboys cheerleaders usually are dressed in hot pants, go-go boots and some sort of a cleavage revealing halter top for their day jobs as cheerleaders for the team. Stepping out in a "lil' Wayne" costume might be too much.
