One celebrity and their dance partner will face elimination on the Dancing with the Stars results show tonight (5-15-12) as voters and the judges send one couple home.

Four couples remain, and each one danced a ballroom and a Latin routine last night.

Their combined scores are below:

Maria Menounos and Derek Hough -- 59 points
William Levy and Cheryl Burke -- 58 points
Donald Driver and Peta Murgatroyd -- 57 points
Katherine Jenkins and Mark Ballas -- 56 points

An injured Katherine Jenkins was predicted by some to be the star eliminated (spoiler - she's not!).

She was hurt during her final routine last night and was unable to continue.

The star later revealed to her Twitter followers: "Thank you for all your concerned tweets... I'm with the doctor, he says it was a reflectorical spasm in my lower back."

Her partner Mark Ballas is lobbying viewers to give her a chance.

"I think Katherine deserves a shot," he said. "I think she's one of the strongest dancers we've ever had on the show.

The show's judges reassured tearful Katherine that she had delivered a knock-out performance, awarding her 27 points out of 30, but she and Mark still finished in last place with a combined 56 as shown above.

William Levy hopes to make the finals as well.

"We've gave our best in this competition and we did everything that we could, so it's up to them," the telenovela star said. "If they want us to be here, we'll be here. If they want someone else to be here, it's all right for us, we did our best and we had fun."

It is now up to the voters and the show is live.

The first couple who will make the finals for 2012 is announced.
