Dannii Minogue Tries to "Roll" with Life's Changes

Dannii Minogue has spoken for the first time about the ''difficulty'' of her split from Kris Smith.

The singer-and-TV star separated from former rugby player last month after almost four years together and admits she has been finding it hard to juggle her career with her responsibilities as a mother to their 22-month-old son Ethan

When asked how she was coping, she replied: ''How do I juggle everything now? Some days with ease, some days with difficulty.

''I have found that, over the years, whatever happens, you have to roll with it.

''I try to take it all in my stride, but when it affects my loved ones I feel an internal struggle with the love for my work.''

The 40-year-old star - who got her first break appearing on Australian show 'Young Talent Time' as a child - also admitted her showbiz lifestyle has always had a huge affect on her family life.

Dannii - the sister of pop superstar Kylie Minogue - said: ''Fame and work have always had an impact on my family since I went into this business at seven years of age. It's all I know.''

The 40-year-old brunette moved to her hometown of Melbourne when she was pregnant with Ethan so she could be closer to her parents and family.
