The Dennis Hopper estate battle has spilled over to the one of the children, an unintended victim of a bitter battle could be his 7-year-old daughter Galen. The two sides are trying to hash out a deal for the division of assets of the estate, but TMZ.Com reports no deal has been made.

Hopper, who passed away after fighting prostate cancer, was locked in a divorce battle with his wife Victoria at the time of his death and that now continues over the estate.

Add to that "the trustees -- want to kick Victoria and Galen off of Dennis' property immediately, but Victoria refuses to go."


How ugly is it? Earlier reports claimed Hopper's daughter Galen did not attend the actor’s funeral last week because she was “disinvited."

A lawyer for the 74-year-old actor is said to have sent a letter "hours” before the funeral that suggested that Galen attend the service in Taos, New Mexico with a nanny as Victoria Hopper was reportedly not welcome.


"It's insane … You don't send a 7-year-old on a private plane to her father's funeral without her mother," The Daily Beast quotes a friend of Victoria Hopper as saying.

"So much (BS)," a source on the other side said.
