Does the Charlie Sheen Radio Rant on 9/11 Help Denise Richards?
Denise Richards just got a leg up on Charlie Sheen in her divorce case if - as reported - she wants sole custody of her children. After reading Jim Roberts' commentary on the Sheen interview, I took a listen and was amazed at what I heard.
Sheen Goes Off
In what can easily be described as a radio rant - Sheen gets lost in the moment and runs off ridiculous conspiracy theories - one after the other - until it gets painful.
Reportedly, the group pushing this desperately wanted some mainstream coverage. They got their wish this morning as The NY Post's Richard Johnson let go with both barrels.

Charlie Sheen has joined the 9/11 gone-bonkers brigade. The "Two and a Half Men" star gave a bizarre interview on *GCN Radio Network's conspiracy-minded "The Alex Jones Show," in which he suggested that the federal government was covering up what "really" happened. "It seems to me like 19 amateurs with boxcutters taking over four commercial airliners and hitting 75 percent of their targets, that feels like a conspiracy theory. It raises a lot of questions," Sheen said.
"A couple of years ago, it was severely unpopular to talk about any of this. It feels like from the people I talk to, and the research I've done and around my circles, it feels like the worm is turning." Sheen said the collapse of the Twin Towers looked like a "controlled demolition."
The out-there actor also expressed his disbelief over how one of the planes hit the Pentagon. "Just show us how this particular plane pulled off these maneuvers . . . It is up to us to reveal the truth. It is up to us because we owe it to the families, we owe it to the victims, we owe it to everyone's life who was drastically altered, horrifically, that day and forever. We owe it to them to uncover what happened."

So - does Sheen want another pilot to ram the Pentagon in front of an audience? Jim Roberts said the rant made him angry - it just makes me a bit sad, but really happy for Denise.
All I can say as a humble entertainment writer - Denise Richards - good move.
Listen if you would like here.
