Khloe and Kim caught the ire of their step-mother Ellen after their Twitter attacks.

Ellen Kardashian is furious with Khloe Kardashian and fired back at her and pregnant sister Kim claiming they are the ones who are lying in this latest Kardashian family feud that started in the tabloids and has landed on Twitter.

Kim and Khloe Kardashian's ex-stepmother Ellen - who was married to 'The X Factor' USA host's father Robert before his death from cancer in 2003 - claims the 28-year-old reality TV star, her brother Rob, 25, and her older sisters Kim, 32, and Kourtney, 33, weren't close to their father before his death and dismissed their accusations that she married him on his "deathbed".

She told RadarOnline.com: "I was with Robert for almost five years total. I dated him for three years, and he proposed to me in 2001. We married two months prior to his passing in 2003 and planned a wedding -- we didn't just run right out and get married. In fact, I met with the girls just the week before to go over all our plans. We had a beautiful wedding with the girls and all of his family at our home. It's sad they choose to lie when they know their father was so happy on that wonderful day.

"I have nothing to hide. I have not belittled them or chastised them or said shameful things about them. If this was about money, I would have done this nine years ago, because I'm not the one who was left the insurance policy."

Ellen's comments come just days after Khloe blasted her late father's wife as a "piece of trash" because of her claims to have found old diaries belonging to the late lawyer which slam his former wife Kris Jenner as a terrible mother to their kids and claim she beat Kim when she was eight.

Writing on her Twitter profile on Thursday, Khloe said: "How can such a piece of trash even mention my father's name. You married him on his deathbed when he was not even aware of his surroundings.

"You should be hiding in shame for all of the lies you sell to the tabloids.

"You have no right to even mention our names especially my mothers! We don't know you!!! How dare you spread such lies! You are a disgrace.

"10 years after my fathers passing & now that she has filed for bankruptcy...NOW she sells FALSE stories. Hope that money buys you water in hell (sic)."
