Emmy Rossum’s divorce papers revealed.

The US actress, who plays down-on-her-luck Fiona in the American version of the UK hit show, will pay her ex-husband $57,500 following their split.

But Rossum, 24, who is listed in the papers under her birth name Emmanuelle Grey Rossum, will not have to pay spousal support and keeps her jewelry and a lavish Beverly Hills mansion.


The documents show that her ex-husband, music executive Justin Siegel, will receive a $11,200 security deposit on a home in Coldwater Canyon along with the pair's Mercedes, some clothes, jewellery and furniture.

The former couple tied the knot in 2008 and were together for about a year and a half, according to the papers.

Siegel filed for divorce in September 2009, citing irreconcilable differences.
