American idol winner Fantasia Barrino is being accused of having an affair with a married man. The accusation is from Paula Cook, who separated from her husband, Antwaun Cook and filed papers in court for custody for their children.

For part of her case the wife claims the Fantasia and Antwaun are having an affair and also have recorded some of their sexual sessions.

According to the NY Post the divorce papers contain a "long list of complaints about Cook 's extra-marital activities with Barrino, alleging that he met the 2004 "Idol" champ in a T-Mobile store in August 2009 and began an affair soon after."


Paula Cook is seeking custody of her two children, ages 6 and 2 and attorney's fees and ownership of the couple's former marital home.

Barrino could face a lawsuit as well, as North Carolina is one of the few states where a third party can be sued in divorce cases, reports WCNC-TV.
