Flavor Flav due back in Albany Family Court.

Rapper Flavor Flav is facing jail time in a child support case.

The rapper failed to show up for a court hearing in New York and is accused of failing to pay child support to Angie Parker.

The woman is from Albany County, New York and is mother to three of his kids, and he was due to appear in court there to address the matter of payments of support.

However, Flavor Flav didn't show.

The reality TV actor and rapper - real name William Drayton, Jr. - did not attend the hearing and the Albany County Court magistrate recommended a 180-day jail sentence for the star, while his driver's licence and passport will also be revoked, according to the New York Daily News.

The 53 year old must now appear in Albany Family Court on June 19, 2012.

He allegedly owes more than $111,186 to Parker.

E! Online reveals, that back in 2010, Parker brought Flav to court to pay $63,458 that he owed for the same offense.
