Flight Attendant Fired for Finger Photo - Who Flipped Off the Passengers?

Flight Attendant Tatiana Kozlenko Fired for Finger Photo

A Russian flight attendant has been fired for allegedly flipping her middle finger to an airplane full of passengers, taking a photo and posting it on Vkontakte, one of Russia's most popular Facebook-style social networks.

The image then went viral after it was posted on Twitter and reTweeted by hundreds of users worldwide and it has cost flight attendant Tatiana Kozlenko (pictured above) her job.

She's upset with the action and says it wasn't her.

The photo appears to show only the arm of an air hostess giving the finger to a cabin full of passengers.

The person does not have a ring or watch or bracelet on and it appears the fingernails are unpainted.

The airline, explaining the termination, said that “posting this photo shows Tatiana’s attitude towards passengers and her duties,” adding the fired flight attendant “acknowledged her fault when she spoke to her managers.”

According to the UK Daily Mail (they have the middle finger photo here), "(Tatiana) admitted that she tagged herself in the photo, which doesn't show anyone's face - but claims it isn't her.

'I don’t consider myself guilty! The photo was added to my page, I only tagged myself on it!!! The hand isn’t mine, the plane is not my company’s!!! I don’t understand what they spoil my life for!!! I’m asking you for help and support!!' she said on her Vkontakte page.

Should the flight attendant get her job back?
