Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are back in Malibu and are hiding behind big white drapes in their Malibu seaside pad. So - just what exactly is going on behind the curtain? Reportedly Brad and Angie are debating whether to put out the 'help wanted" sign and hire a nanny.

Will Brad and Angelina Hire a Nanny?

Star Magazine reports in this week's issue that the couple has to address whether or not to hire a nanny.

The magazine cites a source that claims Angelina says that she “didn’t have three kids so she could leave them with someone. She insists on being a full-time, hands-on mom.”

But Brad is determined to hire a nanny to make time for the two of them.

However, Angelina “wants to show him that she can be the perfect lover and the perfect mom…If that doesn’t work, she’ll deal with the nanny question then,”the magazine claims.

We have heard that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have contacted the top nanny agency in Los Angeles. They are looking for a French speaking nanny to care for their brood. Angelina speaks French herself and is half French (her mother is actress Marcheline Bertrand).

Up till this point, it does not appear that they have used a nanny but it is certainly understandable that they would want one now with three kids (not that it's not impossible to do it without one)!

I say - good for Angie. If she has no work schedule - why can't she care for three kids?
