It is reported that she had been out enjoying Hollywood's nights until LA's finest hit the lights and pulled her over. An interesting and seemingly sloppy release, from her dad's office reads as follows, "Senator Kerry supports his daughter and will have no further comment on a private matter," a statement said.


"Supports his daughter?" That leaves a lot open to interpretation and TMZ mocks the failed presidential candidate from 2004. She was booked at LAPD's Hollywood station. She was picked up at about 12:30 in the morning and was processed and out of jail by 5:30 am.

The staff reports, "But here's the deal. The Senator didn't mention Alexandra flunked the field sobriety test and that's why cops arrested her. Also in California, you don't need a .08 to be driving under the influence." They speculate that she won't be charged as she only had a blood alcohol content of .06.
