Brooke White and Husband Dave Ray Excited for Baby

Singer/actress BROOKE WHITE is pregnant with her first child.

The Hold Up My Heart singer, who shot to fame as a contestant on the seventh season of American Idol, and her husband Dave Ray will become first-time parents in May (2012).

She tells People.com, "We're so excited. By the time the baby's born, we'll have been married eight years.

"I met Dave when I was 19 years old. We've been together a really long time, and we've always wanted to be parents."
