Is Britney Spears really jealous of her younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears? The two were reportedly battling to the point where Britney was said to have told Jamie Lynn she would not be attending her wedding. But now the older sister has tried to make it up to Jamie with a $30,000 pay out for a nursery, a report claims.

The older sister Britney may be willing to part with the cash to keep Jamie Lynn in her camp in case she ever needs her against the parents. The L.A. baby boutique Petit Tresor is where Britney supposedly set to drop the thirty grand. A source has said that she will spare no expense and go organic, and she has ordered some kind of a six-foot tall elephant with a blue bow to be the centerpiece for the new design.


I guess that mans it is a boy for Jamie Lynn and boyfriend Casey Aldridge. The odd story comes on the heels of all sorts of reports that Britney us very unhappy at home as she is stuck in Los Angeles and being forced to obey her dad's very strict and probably needed ground rules.

The same goes for Jamie Lynn down south in Kentwood, Louisiana as mom is reportedly keeping her in line there. Reports have indicated that Britney and Jamie Lynn are ready to break free from the parents, will the new baby nursery be enough to get Jamie Lynn back on Britney's side?
