There is no more hiding for Jamie Lynn Spears. The young pregnant teenager was once under the control of her parents but with mom Lynne and dad Jamie in Los Angeles tending to the needs of big sister Britney Spears, Jamie Lynne has been out and showing off her baby bump in a bright yellow print and some short shorts.

And since she has been on her own for a bit, many are wondering if her behavior is a bit too outrageous for a young pregnant girl. In Touch Weekly notes that she is seven months pregnant and still doing wild things like taking rides on an ATV with her armed fiancée Casey Aldridge.


Her new baby bump pictures are here, but was the baby ever really in danger? The magazine reports that Jamie Lynn Spears laughed as her fiancé bounced their all-terrain vehicle up a rough dirt road. “Jamie Lynn was holding on, having fun without a care in the world,” an onlooker told the magazine. Then the report gets serious with some scary statistics.

The magazine notes that the day could have spelled disaster for Jamie Lynn, 17, and her unborn baby. Statistics show that ATV’s injure approximately 136,000 riders a year and result in 800 deaths annually. “Riding an ATV is a dangerous sport for everyone, but especially during pregnancy,” says Dr. Kevin Jovanovic, Associate Professor at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, who does not treat the star. “Any sport where you have a propensity to fall should be avoided -and that certainly includes riding ATV’s.” Is she out of control?
