Jamie Lynn Spears had so much fun hanging out with big sis she wants to move to California to be close to big sis Britney Spears by the winter, a report from Star Magazine claims. The 17-year-old first-time mom met with agents at Caldwell Banker realty after her nephews' birthday bash earlier this month to check out the L.A. market.

Her budget, according to Star, is just under than $4 million. "She wants a Mediterranean-style house with balconies, a big backyard and lots of privacy," a source tells the weekly entertainment magazine. "She asked for a new house because she likes new kitchens and bathrooms."


The Zoey 101 star (reports claim that Jamie Lynn is estranged from her baby daddy, Casey Aldridge) "feels like she needs to be close to her sister right now," adds another source. Jamie Lynn caused quite the stir with a visit earlier this month.

Another big change on the horizon is a new show, Star claims. Jamie Lynn may be back on TV! Says the second source, "She's even talking to Nickelodeon producers about doing another show."
