Jeff Archuleta, one time American Idol runner-up David Archuleta's dad has been arrested for soliciting a prostitute, a report from Us Weekly Magazine claims. Jeff Archuleta has already pleaded guilty in the case and according to the magazine he was in a massage parlor at the Queens of Reiki on Jan. 14 in Midvale, Utah.

Jeff was known as the stage dad from hell during the idol days as the show moved towards Archuleta versus David Cook and Lynda Johnson cited a TMZ report back in May of 2008 that "claimed that Jeff has been kicked off American idol."


The report at the time added, "He can still sit in the audience but the show is fed up with his back stage antics as TMZ reports that he had David change the lyrics to song this week even though the show warned him not to do it. That was enough, he is now reportedly banned from backstage. David has defended his dad before and get this, Dad is his roommate in Hollywood."

Now this massage parlor bust seems to have added to that reputation and set back dad Archuleta about $600. According to us Magazine, "Jeff Archuleta pleaded no contest and paid a $582 fine."
