Jennifer Aniston's first nude scene in a film created quite the stir when it was reported that the sexy star would be parading around the set of 'The Break Up' in the buff. She looked fabulous in the shot on screen as she teased her co-star Vince Vaughn's characterin the film by walking through their apartment to show off her new 'Telly Savalas wax.' The shot in the film showed Aniston's privates strategically covered.

But a few weeks back word leaked that there was a photo that showed even more of Jennifer as her breasts were exposed. The photo was run in the French magazine Choc. It was then scanned and placed online. Lavely & Singer, the Los Angeles power law firm that plays guardian to folks like Jen, put out a preemptive cease and desistthat basically said don't print this andthat should you be in possession of any of the photos, you must return them to NBC Universal.

Apparently that didn't happen. The Smoking Gun is reporting that the studio is claiming that blogger Perez Hilton published the "stolen" image. According to the report from TSG, the footage, the studio charges, was stolen during production of the 2006 comedy. The shot of Aniston, 38, was not included in the final version of the hit film, which grossed $118 million last year.

The lawsuit against Perez, (real name Mario Lavandeira) is filed by Universal Studios and seeks an injunction barring further distribution of the picture and requests a court order "directing the U.S. Marshall to seize" the copyrighted material from the blogger. The complaint does not specify monetary damages.
