Jennifer Lopez has yet to reveal her due date. The singer tried desperately for as long as possible to keep her pregnancy a secret. She finally announced she was pregnant as she was spotted several times with a very prominent baby bump and had little choice but to come clean. Her due date has yet to be announced but insiders have reportedly said that she will give birth in silence.

Wait - what? To make matter exciting and perhaps controversial, reports claim that J Lo will follow the fabulous Katie Holmes and give birth per Scientology guidelines and be silent during the birth of what could be twins for Jennifer.


The report appears to initiate with "The People" newspaper. According to the UK Sun a pal of the 38-year-old told a US weekly entertainment magazine: "Although she knows it will be hard not to scream, she understands why it will be good for the baby to have peace and quiet."

The concept hit the headlines after Katie Holmes reportedly gave birth to daughter Suri Cruise in silence in April 2006 and the religion’s followers believe that newborn babies should spend their first week in a silent environment to avoid stress and trauma so early in their lives.


The announcement came before Thanksgiving that she was pregnant and that has sparked all sorts of speculation. Recent shopping trips have fueled rumors that she is expecting twins as she bought matching boy and girl outfits.
