How much money can Jessica make off the pregnancy, baby?

Jessica Simpson is making some cash off her baby Maxwell Drew, reports have claimed that People Magazine paid Simpson $800,000 for the rights to the first photos of the baby.

Many celebrities have recently shunned the pay for baby pics routine, most recently Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z decided to forgo any bidding war and they released pictures of Blue Ivy Carter online for free.

While Beyonce may have received $5-10 million for Blue Ivy's pics, Jessica isn't getting the big bucks many received in the past.

HLN TV notes that Jennifer Lopez and Nicole Tichie were paid $3 million for their photos.

However, they estimate Jess could "rake-in between $3 and $4 million dollars for a deal with Weight Watchers to shed pregnancy pounds."

She grew very large during her pregnancy, so much so that talk show host Ellen Degeneres asked her if she was having twins.

She didn't of course, but could score a lucrative weigh loss deal as she tries to get her body back into shape.
