Is Jessica Simpson ready to be Mrs. Tony Romo? According to a report from a close pal, "she already calls him 'my future husband'. She's dropping hints, like, 'Well, as soon as I get that ring on my finger.' She is gunning for marriage big-time." Adds another, "She definitely wants kids. Marriage is a part of that."

According to the report from the magazine though she and Romo have only been together since November, the recent engagement and pregnancy news of her sister, Ashlee, 23, (expected to wed Pete Wentz, 28, this month), has created a sense of urgency for the buxom blonde and her Dallas Cowboy quarterback.


"Seeing Ashlee heading down that path makes her all the more anxious about when it's going to happen," admits a Jessica pal, according to Us Weekly. In a statement Jessica herself told Us, "My sister is overflowing with joy. Pete is an incredible soul. They naturally bring out the best in each other. I couldn't be happier."

Another source of marital pressure: her manager dad, Joe, whom the Jessica pal says has been "desperate" to make Romo part of the family since he introduced them last fall. "Joe has spoken to Tony about it," says the source. "It's practically an arranged marriage ready to happen."
