One - Jennifer Love Hewitt revealed she was hurt by rumors her relationship with Jamie Kennedy had hit the skids. The Ghost Whisperer star said: "I'm not going to lie - it's not annoying, it's hurtful. It's really hurtful that people say that. Because he [Kennedy] is like the most awesome person." Hewitt opened up while at the Children's Institute Hosts Poker for a Cause in Commerce, California, which was held to raise funds for Ghost co-star Camryn Manheim’s charity.

Added Hewitt: "I really hate that people would make it seem like he's not really a good guy, and not treating me well. He treats me very well." Hewitt hit out at the recent report that the 39-year-old Kennedy was still hooked on a former girlfriend while he was seeing her, saying this was the claim of a disgruntled former employee. She added: "We are just trying to be really happy. It makes it hard to do that when everybody is putting negative energy out there." Kennedy also professed his love for Hewitt, adding: "I am lucky to be with her, I really love her."
