All it takes is a bodyguard. Speculation is rampant in the UK and all over the world for Royals watchers that Prince William is set to marry Kate Middleton because she now has a Royal bodyguard. Those reports have again fueled rumors of an impending engagement announcement and all eyes are on the Prince and his Lady.

Kate Middleton & Prince William Engagement Announcement, Marriage Plans?

Will they get married? Reports detail that Kate is well on her way to having a full team of security established. With each piece of the puzzle being assembled, along with her alleged team of guards, many are certain that is the sign that a Royal Wedding is on deck.


None of this is new. An online bio of Kate Middleton notes that in February of 2006, a full two years ago, it was announced that Middleton would receive her own 24-hour security detail supplied by the Royalty and Diplomatic Protection Department. That brought dozens of reports at that time that she and Prince William would soon be engaged, since she would not, otherwise, be entitled to this service.

Now we are back to the same reports, and the same guesses of a wedding. The two split last year in April and would later reunite over the summer and have been going strong ever since then. Many speculated that the "split report" was only a ruse to get Kate and Wills a break form the tabloid press. So when is the wedding, right now, no one is talking.
