Is Tom Cruise Dating?

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes divorced back in June and both have been very cautious about dating.

Rumors surfaced earlier that Holmes may be dating, and Cruise was linked to Cynthia Jorge, although both were denied.

A pal of Cynthia Jorge has spoken to one of the tabloids now though, In Touch claims the NYC restaurant manager and Tom are still dating.

“They’re getting to know each other,” a source close to Cynthia, 26, tells In Touch.

“It’s like any relationship in the beginning phase.”

An earlier report tossed cold water on any romance.

A source close to Tom told People.com: "He's single and will be talking to women - all of whom he won't be instantly dating."

The insider played down reports that he was romancing Cynthia Jorge, a 26-year-old manager of the Lower East Side restaurant Beauty & Essex, after they were spotted dancing together at New York nightclub Le Baron.

A source said: "Cynthia told me they went out for drinks and it was nothing but a casual night out. She said he's a nice guy."

Friends close to the beautiful restauranteur also told the New York Post newspaper that she was simply "showing Tom some of the city's hotspots" and that she and Tom are "just friends."

Tom and Katie have a six-year old daughter together, Suri Cruise.
