Singer Keyshia Cole and her NBA star fiancé Daniel Gibson have welcomed a son. Cole gave birth to Daniel Jr., who wights 7-lb., 3-oz, on Tuesday, a representative for Cole said. "Both mother and baby are doing great," said Tresa Sanders, who is Cole's publicist.

"Keyshia would also like to give a special thank-you to her fans that have been with her since the beginning, sharing in her growth as a woman and an artist." Cole, 28, and Gibson, 24, announced both their engagement and pregnancy in January.


More celebrity baby news...Brooke Shields has said she'd love to add to her family and have another baby. The 44-year-old star has two young daughters - Rowan, six, and Grier, three - with husband Chris Henchy. She admitted that she would like to have another baby soon as her biological clock is ticking away.

Shields said: "I'd love more kids. I don't know how much longer my clock is going to tick, so it's going to depend on my egg age." Talking about her career and family life, she said: "I don't think you ever feel you're balancing anything. "My kids are great, and I have a good husband. You've just got to keep everything in the air."
