Kim K Work Out 2014 - Kanye West Baby Mama Dedicated to Weight Loss
Keeping up with the Kardashians 2014 – Kim K has lost all of the baby weight and more she gained while carrying North West and Kanye's baby mama says she is dedicated and plans to keep it off.
The reality TV star has regained her slender frame since giving birth to daughter North - her first child with fiance Kanye West - last June and credits a carbohydrate-free diet and regular workouts with getting her body back.
Asked by TMZ for her secret to looking good, she said: ''no carbs, work out, dedication''
Kim, 33, recently vowed to get in even better shape this year.
Responding to a fan's question about her wishes for in 2014 on MobioINsider.com, Kim wrote: ''I want to stay healthy and get in better shape for 2014!''
The brunette beauty recently admitted she gained a lot of weight when she was pregnant because of her cravings.
Asked for her cravings, she said: ''mostly cheese, chilli cheese fries, everything w cheese. (sic)''
After North's birth, the reality TV star embarked on a strict diet and weight loss regime, and has continued to eat healthily, but admits she still has a soft spot for her favourite sweet treat.
She added: ''Krispy Kreme donughts....don't tempt me, I'm doing good right now lol (sic)''
Kim suffered from the condition preeclampsia while pregnant, which caused her body to swell, and made it a difficult time.
She wrote: ''When i was pregnant it was hard. my face shape changed, my body changed and nothing in the tabloids were going to be nice. it was a negtive time (sic)''
