What do you get Kim Karashian and Kris Humphries for their one-year anniversary?

For Kris's ex Myla Sinanaj, you may just be ready to blast Kim Kardashian for her treatment of others to mark the day (one-year ago) that Kim and Kris got married for the reality TV cameras on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

The two are still married, though Kim filed for divorce after giving the marriage a full 72 days to work out.

Now Kris wants answers and is hoping to get them in court.

That means depositions and according to TMZ, Sinanaj says Kim is a "cruel bitch" by scheduling her deposition on the 1 year anniversary of Kris and Kim's wedding.

It was once thought that Myla would be a good witness for Kim in the case, as she and Kris did not have a pleasant split.

However, this new report seems to indicate she will blast Kim for being cruel to Kris.

TMZ reveals in their report on Monday morning:

"Myla is telling friends she will testify that Kris repeatedly told her Kim defrauded him in the marriage, grousing that he 'got played.'"

Also…

"Myla is telling friends her relationship with Kris is "dead," so she has nothing to lose by telling the truth, and therefore she will be "100% honest" in answering questions during the (deposition)."

Her plan is to spill on how Kris hated the cameras and feels the entire wedding was manipulated for TV ratings.
