Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards seemed desperately in need of help on this season's shows and the reality TV personality says she has received it.

Meanwhile, RHOBH co-star Camille Grammer sends out some love to her ex-husband Kelsey Grammer. The wife he is currently married to is pregnant with twins and camille says congrats.

While out celebrating the Golden Globes with her sister Kathy Hilton, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star spoke excitedly with Life & Style in her first interview following her rehab stint.

"It's going really well," she told Life & Style at the Weinstein Company Golden Globes afterparty at Bar 210 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Jan. 15. "I'm feeling phenomenal."

Early last week, the 47-year-old was released from rehab. She had started treatment in December for alcohol abuse and other "serious issues," say reports.

“She’s really strong right now, happy. She’s looking forward to moving on in her life," sister Kyle Richards said following Kim's release.

Kim's mental health has been a recurring topic on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills this season. Things got so bad during one episode, fellow cast member Brandi Glanville accused Kim of being on meth and "wasted out of her f--king mind."

Grammer's ex-wife has offered her congratulations to the actor after he confirmed his new partner is pregnant with twins.

The former Frasier star endured a bitter divorce battle with his ex-wife Camille last year (11), but finally had the marriage dissolved just weeks before he wed blonde Brit Kayte Walsh in February (11).

Grammer confirmed his baby news at the weekend and Camille has now put their nasty split behind her to wish the couple well as they prepare to become parents.

In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "We are happy for him and his wife... There is no need to hold on to any negativity... I have known for a couple of months. It wasn't much of a surprise."

The twins will be Grammer's fifth and sixth kids. He has two children with Camille, as well as two more from previous relationships.
