Will Kris Humphries be forced to retract his story and apologize to ex-girlfriend Myla?

Kris Humphries' former girlfriend has demanded that he apologize for trying to destroy her reputation.

Myla Sinanaj's attorney, Joe Tacopina, suggested that Kim Kardashian's estranged husband has gone on a campaign of destruction against her to make himself look better in his divorce court battle.

It recently emerged that Kris' lawyers had contacted the FBI, claiming Myla tried to extort him by demanding a huge sum of money or she would spill secrets about their relationship to the media.

Joe told TMZ.com: ''I defy them to show that she has asked for one red cent. I challenge them to submit Kris Humphries to a polygraph and if he does I will have my client do the same. She never asked him for a penny.''

Myla's team have also hit out at claims she was never his partner.

Her legal representative said: ''I have hundreds of text messages and phone records which show he constantly contacted her on a steady basis. He'd call her 50 times in a day.''

He added that Kris told Myla when pictures of them first surfaced, that they had to hide the fact that they were in a relationship.

Joe said: ''It's hard to argue you're heartbroken when you had a steady girlfriend since January.''

He continued that the basketball player's lawyers spoke badly about his client in the media and tried getting her fired from her hotel job.

He declared: ''There will be a retraction and an apology by Humphries and his lawyer, or else.''
