Lady Gaga Stigmata - Red Carpet Rant
May 30, 2010
Lady Gaga goes to school? Almost. Student Meghan Vicks and poet and performer Kate Durbi created Gaga Stigmata to study the work of Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta "when Durbin, who collects critical interpretations of Lady Gaga's work, contacted Vicks about collaborating on a collective Gaga analysis," reports the Seattle Post-Intelligencier.
Do you ave your own critical view of the work of Lady Gaga? The report reveals that budding young Gaga critics are welcome.
Vick and Durbin not only post their own work on the site but also accept submissions from the public.
More Gaga notes - the red carpet is a bit boring for the performer. Lady Gaga slammed reports that she refused to walk down the red carpet at last month’s Met Ball and that she would not leave her dressing room at the event.
“To be honest with you, I don’t give a f*** about red carpets, and I never do them," the star declared to The Times. "I don’t like them. First of all – how could any of these outfits possibly look good with an ugly red carpet under them? “It’s just visually horrid.”
