Lauren Conrad hopes that her new boyfriend William Tell is "the one" as the former reality TV star and author looks for love in Hollywood.

According to Us Weekly, Conrad, who split with Kyle Howard, 34, last June, the timing couldn't be better. Said a pal: "She hopes he's The One!"

They have a great new condo to hang out in.

Just last month it was revealed that Conrad had closed the deal on some property in Beverly Hills.

The 26-year-old purchased a $1.35 million condo in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles - a downgrade from the $2.25 million mansion that she listed for $150,000 less than she bought it for.

Her new penthouse apartment has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sprawls over 3,233 square feet in the 90210 neighborhood.
