LeAnn Rimes Supported by Brandi Glanville - Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Star Says Back Off
LeAnn Rimes is in rehab, the country singer checked in to a 30-day program to deal with the stresses of social networking.
The one-time child star has been in an odd spat with fans of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Brandi Glanville that has included alleged taunts on twitter, cyber-bulling charges and a taped phone call that has led to a lawsuit.
Despite being the object of much of LeAnn's wrath, Brandi has taken the high road and thinking of her children, has supported Rimes, asking fans to back off, so LeAnn can get help.
The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star - whose ex-husband Eddie Cibrian left her for the singer-and-actress in 2009 - is backing her former love rival after she checked into rehab to be treated for anxiety and stress.
Brandi - who has sons Mason, nine, and five-year-old Jake with Eddie - told Usmagazine.com: ''I totally support LeAnn's decision to enter rehab - my top priority is my children, and at the end of the day we are a family.
''LeAnn is their step-mom, and they love her. I am wishing her all the best and I hope she will find what she is looking for while in rehab.''
LeAnn checked into an in-patient facility on Wednesday, a day after her 30th birthday, and hopes the stint will help her better able to deal with her problems on her return home.
She said: ''This is just a time for me to emotionally check out for a second and take care of myself and come back in 30 days as the best 30-year-old woman I can be.
''All the things in my life will be there when I get out, but you know what? I'm hoping they're not going to affect me as much. I'll have the tools to know how to deal with them.''
