Lindsay Lohan is planning to file a restraining order against her dad Michael Lohan. An earlier report from Radar Online.Com cited Michael Lohan and the dad of Lilo said: "I had a conversation with her, her mother and everyone - over the next couple of weeks I’m going to be doing things in a pretty public way." Her mom would later tell him to shut up.

The actress' parents have been publicly exchanging an ongoing war of words over their troubled daughter, with her father, Michael, claiming Lindsay is hooked on strong medication she buys from one of Hollywood's biggest drug dealers.


To that Michael said:"When Lindsay doesn’t adhere or listen to what I say about serious situations, I feel I have to speak publicly to put pressure on her. If she doesn’t take my advice and do what I say … the more pressure I put on her, the more likely she is to eventually do the right thing."

More Lindsay...A teenager has been has been charged with burgling the homes of Hollywood starlets Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge. Nicholas Prugo, 18, is accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of jewelery and designer gear from the two actresses. Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan's home was targeted on 23 August, including personal photos of the Mean Girls star.


Six months earlier, The Hills star Audrina Patridge also fell victim to Prugo, who stole clothes and jewelry from her LA home.

Los Angeles County District Attorney's office today confirmed that Prugo – who had been released on bail after his arrest last month – faces two counts of first-degree residential burglary. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 11.
