The Lohan family is in full battle mode with daughter Lindsay Lohan threatening dad Michael with a restraining order. He wants her in rehab and mom Dina (aka "White Oprah") has told dad to zip it. Michael Lohan responded by slamming Lindsay's influence on daughter Ali, the 15-year old daughter, as he believes Lindsay has too big of an influence on the young girl and is worried.

With all that going on Lindsay Lohan has now denied reports she was "all over" Brothers and Sisters star Balthazar Getty. The 23-year-old was the subject of recent rumors saying the pair were getting very close at a table at Voyeur in Hollywood.


However, Lohan told website Gossip Cop that the rumors were "not true" and they had just "met for the first time". Lohan also added: "You think I would do that to Sam [Ronson]? I love her."

The actress also confirmed that she is getting a restraining order against her father Michael but said: "I'm going to do it in LA." She said that she's less afraid of her dad in New York than LA, where he reportedly unexpectedly turned up at her house.
