Lindsay Lohan created quite a stir with her appendix surgery. The even more buzz was created when the very next night, it was reported that La Lohan was out of the hospital and back on the Hollywood party circuit. Gossips and columnists immediately questioned if she really has appendicitis.

And thanks to a report from In Touch Weekly, we a California doctor chiming in on the surgery. A report from the weekly entertainment magazine details that on the same night that she was released from an LA hospital, where her rep says she had her appendix out, Lindsay Lohan partied up a storm.

According to Lindsay’s rep, the actress was admitted to the hospital on January 3 and released on January 5, the day after her surgery. That night, Lindsay dined at Pace before hitting Les Deux — just hours after leaving her hospital bed. The following day, according to janetcharlton.com, Lindsay stayed out till 5 a.m., dancing with Travis Barker. The next night, Lindsay hit LAX nightclub with her pal Cory Kennedy.

Now the expert opinion. According to the magazine's website, while it’s possible that Lindsay had endoscopic surgery, an expert is confused by her remarkable recovery.

“Anyone in their right mind would not be out in clubs dancing after having their appendix removed,” Burbank, Calif., doctor Lynn Ramirez, who does not treat Lindsay, tells In Touch. “It’s impossible in my opinion. She probably didn’t have an appendectomy.”
