Keeping up with all that is Lindsay Lohan can be a full time gig. The 'Mean Girls' star has now reportedly gotten into a bit of a tiff with Justin Timberlake's gal Cameron Diaz.

Lohan Now Battles With Cam?

Scarlett Johansson, Lindsay Lohan, and Cameron Diaz have a lot in common – including dating Jared Leto!

That fact still makes Lindsay seethe and she has made no secret of her ire for Scarlett – and even reportedly wrote some pretty nasty notes on an NYC bathroom wall about Scarlett.

It is out now that Lindsay believes she has the career upper hand now with A Prairie Home Companion and that Scarlett wasn’t even considered.

On April 24th Lindsay also lashed out at Cameron Diaz, who asked her to stop smoking in the VIP section of Shag club. It really wasn’t about smoking but Lindsay’s lust after Jared Leto still a pal of Cameron’s.

There’s a lot of jealousy there!

In a bit more drama - Lindsay is hobbled at the moment after fracturing her foot getting out of the shower.

Shewas spotted wearing a stretch bandage on her ankle as she promoted her latest film, “Just My Luck” on Tuesday.

She says, "It's a hairline fracture but it did chip a piece of something off... It hurts."
