The most unproductive week of work of the year for many employees begins today as computer searches try and find that Cinderella team that can help win a bracket contest.

Expect plenty of personal and sick time requests on Thursday and Friday as buzzer beaters are very popular during rounds one and two of the tourney and nothing seems better in March than the men's tourney in high-definition.

Need help? Sporting News Mike DeCourcy is already full of predictions and has three teams that may surprise. Murray State (30-4) is one early round sleeper. The West's No. 13 Racers may be a good upset against No. 4 Vanderbilt, he predicts.

Another sleeper is Xavier (24-8), and according to the writer, the "Musketeers are actually a Final Four threat." Could this be the Cinderella? They are a number six seed and very good. Our sleeper - Butler is a five seed that may surprise as well.

One more lower seeded team to watch early is Texas A&M (22-9) according to DeCourcy. "The Aggies will get back to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 2007," he predicts. His college hoops column has More information and prognostication here.

If you need a printable bracket this link will provide you one in PDF format.

Looking for a contest? Dan Patrick has one here. The radio talk show host had KU coach Bill Self on his radio slash DirecTV 101 sports talk show on Monday and the Jayhawks' head coach said he expect Kansas to be in Final Four.

The Kansas Jayhawks are the overall number one seed in the NCAA tournament.
