Who has the best chest in Hollywood? Settle down fellas, this one is for the ladies. In Touch Weekly examines the best chest in Hollywood and they have decided that American Matthew McConaughey has just edged out British bad boy David Beckham. That's a tough one as both are usually looking great and many time shirtless.

The magazine notes that when Matthew McConaughey exercises, he likes to steer clear of the gym and take it outside. “I love warm weather,” says the 38-year-old. “What better way to enjoy it than at the beach, where few people wear shirts?” Matthew’s perfect pecs are often on display while he bikes, jogs or does sit-ups and push-ups — and he’s just fine with that.


“My body is considered well put together,” he admits. “Not to appreciate that would be way out of line.” So how does he feel about having the hottest chest in Hollywood? “All I’m missin’ is the monkey head!” Matt jokingly tells In Touch, referring to another terrific torso: King Kong’s!

“I have no clue how many times I’ve been photographed without my shirt on,” Matthew says. “My motto is, ‘If they catch it, they catch it.’”


David Beckham is back in action after being sidelined for six weeks after suffering a knee injury last March, David Beckham had to scale back his workouts to prevent reinjury. But the LA Galaxy star couldn’t wait to get back on the field — and is now shaping up for his second season with the soccer team. “We have been working extremely hard twice a day to ensure we are fit,” the 32-year-old reveals on his blog.

“I’ve been doing some work with the squad as well as plenty of gym work to build up my fitness.” And David, who likes to cycle and run on the weekends, is excited about getting back to work. “This is going to be my first full season with the Galaxy and I am really looking forward to it,” he says. When he heard he made In Touch’s list, David “blushed a bit and found it flattering that you even considered him,” his publicist says.
