An arrest warrant has been issued for Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael Lohan. According to a report from TMZ, a judge has issued a warrant for his arrest stemming from a legal war with a woman who claims he is the father of her baby.
A judge in Suffolk County, New York, issued the warrant for Lohan's arrest on Thursday.
The report claims the baby mama has already won an uncontested judgment because, as TMZ says, "Michael never opposed the claim."
The court will now decide.
More on the dysfunctional family Lohan...Lindsay Lohan poked fun at her money woes in a new online video this week.
The actress, currently in rehab, appears in the skit for Will Ferrell's website, FunnyOrDie.com.
In the ad – for the American-Jewish World Service – Lohan says: "Hi, I'm Lindsay Lohan and I'm not Jewish, but I am happy to be here. "These things pay well, right?"
The 24-year-old actress has been ordered by a court to spend three months at California's Betty Ford Clinic after failing two drug tests. A recent probation report for the former Mean Girls star included a claim that she will be unable to pay the $53,000 fees for her treatment because it is too expensive.
"She [Lohan] indicates she cannot afford to continue to pay for the treatment programme and she needs to work," the report reads. Ben Stiller, Jerry Seinfeld and Patrick Stewart also feature in the video, which was directed by Ferrell’s pal Judd Apatow.
